In an effort to promote healthy community activities Northern Arizona Healthcare Orthopedic & Spine Institute is partnering with Northern Arizona Pop Warner and Flagstaff Eagles Youth Football and Cheer to provide support and assist in promoting the benefits of the sport of football to the community of Flagstaff and the surrounding areas.  As part of our partnership, Orthopedic & Spine Institute will be offering $10 sports physicals to our players. Included in physicals provided by Orthopedic & Spine Institute is Baseline Concussion Testing.  This is a wonderful opportunity for each of our athletes and we strongly encourage families to take advantage of this offering.
